    • eLearning 1 (01.21.25.):
      1. Click on the Music Theory Drill at the top of the Choir Moodle Page. Be sure you are on the Exercises tab on the top Toolbar.
      2. Go to Settings (gear in the top right corner) and customize your assignment as follows: Choose Note Identification (the first choice under the Tenuto Mobile App), letters alphabetically, treble clef, middle C (one ledger line below the staff) to high A (one ledger line above the staff). Key signature = no sharps and no flats. 

      HINT: The line notes are E G B D F (Every good boy deserves fudge.) The space notes spell F A C E. Ledger lines = space below staff - D, line below staff - C, space above staff - G, line above staff - A.
      3. This exercise will be naming notes in the treble clef. Do 25 problems; your score will be tallied to the left of the top title.
      4. Take a screen shot of your final score and email it to me at rluedeke@blackhawkchristian.org. DO NOT SEND IT TO bcsstudent.org! The screen shot should show your final score and percentage AND proof that you were working in the treble clef.
      Note: You may do this exercise as many times as you wish and send me your best score.

      Here we go again!


      1. Click on the Music Theory Drill at the top of the Choir Moodle Page. Be sure you are on the Exercises tab on the top Toolbar.
      2. Go to Settings (gear in the top right corner) and customize your assignment as follows: Choose Key Signature Identification (the second choice under the Tenuto Mobile App), customize by clicking the gear at the top right corner. Choose the second option, key signatures, then choose No sharps, no flats (natural), 1, 2, and 3 flats and 1 and 2 sharps. Use the back arrow and make sure you have Note names = letters.

      HINT: No sharps or flats = key of C. One flat = F. Two flats = B-flat. Three flats = E-flat. One sharp = G. Two sharps = D.
      3. This exercise will be naming keys in the treble clef. Do 25 problems; your score will be tallied to the left of the top title.
      4. Take a screen shot of your final score and email it to me at rluedeke@blackhawkchristian.org. DO NOT SEND IT TO bcsstudent.org! The screen shot should show your final score and percentage AND proof that you were working in the treble clef and naming keys. Partial screen shots will result in a one-point deduction.
      Note: You may do this exercise as many times as you wish and send me your best score.
