I have three activities you can choose from today for your gym e-learning. In order to receive credit you must complete one of the three workouts listed below and email me that you completed this assignment. wsnyder@blackhawkchristian.org. This email must include: 1. Which workout did you choose? 2. What did you like about this workout? 3. What was challenging? 4. Did you have fun?
Encourage any family that is home today to complete this workout with you. The goal is to get your body moving and have fun!
