This seems like a short-sighted statement. Yes, the wealth of the wealthy is significantly increased in economically free countries, but there is also something to be said for the wealth of even the poorest individuals and the dramatically lower unemployment rates. These low unemployment rates demonstrate that both opportunities and incentives to work are present, which benefits people of all socio-economic classes.
