Though I have heard many say that the rich in countries like America are too rich because of the freedoms we have, I think that the notion that only the rich are benefiting is not an accurate depiction of what really goes on. Those who have economic freedom flourish, even the poorest of Americans are able to thrive at some level way more than the poorest of countries without many freedoms. I can understand many people's frustration with the rich getting richer because they figured out how to work a very free system, I want more money too, but I can also appreciate the opportunities that such a free country allows for everyone. Just because the wealthy are succeeding, does not mean the poor are not as well. It is a benefit to all, and those who choose to put in the work to make the most of their investments, with the freedom to do so, are wealthier in return.
