My Name Assignment Guidelines

You must include: 

• At least three paragraphs
• A story having to do with an aspect of your name 
• At least a couple metaphors about your name
• Descriptive writing with details 
• Alliteration 

You might consider: 

• Make your first paragraph all metaphors like the example we read!
• Add in whether or not you would change your name for the last paragraph
• What is the history of your name? What language/ culture origin? Why were you named it? What does it mean? What does it mean to you? How many others share your name?
• A biblical character/ celeb/ friend with your name
• your siblings/ parents names
• first, middle, and last name are fair game to use!
