Edibles?

I read multiple articles about Doordash drivers being able to deliver THC and hemp products. I also read that there are some states where edibles are fully illegal (i.e. North Carolina, Idaho, e.t.c). If a dasher were to deliver these products in a state where it's illegal, would that be considered a black market? And hypothetically, if all parties knew that what they were doing was against the law, which party would be in the most wrong: the manufacturer, the dasher, or the recipient?

Indeed, that is a black market. Legally, I imagine the dasher and the recipient would face legal repercussions. As for the manufacturer/vendor, I suppose it depends on how much of the door dash data they see on their front end. If they see the locality of the consumer, I imagine they would face repercussions as well.
