Indeed, that is a black market. Legally, I imagine the dasher and the recipient would face legal repercussions. As for the manufacturer/vendor, I suppose it depends on how much of the door dash data they see on their front end. If they see the locality of the consumer, I imagine they would face repercussions as well.
