As a Kendrick Lamar fan I hated the halftime show. All it really was is just a massive promotion of his new album considering he only played songs from his most recent albums and one singular song from good kid m.a.a.d city. It was super disappointing. Kendrick also deciding to play a diss track during the Superbowl was very lame in my opinion because the whole beef happened half a year before. As for the national anthem, I thought that while it was unique, it was good. It took a nice approach to the whole song and I really enjoyed the vocal performance at some parts.
