I was playing "the impossible quiz" the day I watched the econ test review, and one of the questions asked why Rudolph's nose was red. The correct answer was "Years of alcohol abuse." Seeing your nose today and on the video lectures reminded me of that. Whilst playing that game I was forced to watch an add after every failed attempt, if you have ever played you would know, that is a lot of adds. I am curious to how the money is exchanged between companies posting ads, to the game servers airing ads, to the creators of the games themselves.

I am glad the tissue paper rubbing my nose raw reminded you of a fictional reindeer's ALLEGED alcoholism. Any time there are ads, the sellers of the ad space are giving that space in front of your eyes away for money from those advertising. Advertising on a platform makes it less appealing, so some platforms offer to let you pay the platform to remove adds, instead of you "paying" the platform in the form of letting ads play in front of you.
