Regarding the social contract, do I have any legal foot to stand on if i want to get out of this "contract" with the US government? Is there any overarching global law that overrules country by country decisions?
The social contract isn't an actual thing, but a theory from enlightenment thinkers. In truth, your exchange with the US government is more of you being an appreciating asset that starts earning a return on investment when you graduate from school and start earning enough to be taxed via the income tax.
