I love that you were able to find this podcast that you enjoy and are able to learn and take tips from. I would agree with you that podcasts are enjoyable to listen to, but only if done right. Based on the way you described this podcast and the structure of it, it is definitely a podcast that has been done right because of the quality elements of public speaking found within it. It also seems to be a podcast that can be examined for good tips and tricks when talking about public speaking. I myself wouldn't have known about this podcast, but do know of other podcasts that are great to listen to and present themselves well through their confidence in their speech.
