Research anxiety

I personally agree with the research that is provided above and find that sometimes it is difficut to begin a topic or paper. However for myself personally I am usually able to narrow a topic in just a few good minuates of thinking or peering through a database. Another resource I often use is just having conversations about various topics with chat gpt and learning about a wide array of topics. To prevent research anxiety I would advise peers to begin research sooner rather than later to give more time to do the research to build the best speech possible. Keeping an ample amount of time will also manage & prevent the anxiety, as well as providing a good window to find resources that follow the guidelines like C.A.R.S. mentioned in this chapter.

I also use ChatGPT sometimes to help find a topic. Beginning research sooner is also a great idea, it is sometimes hard when busy with other school work.

yes, I agree on the beginning earlier than later because that gives you more time to find good sources other than rushing and using ones that may not be as good

I would also use chatGPT to give me some ideas for research topics. It helps a lot because it would normally provide us with a lot of different topics that we may have interest in researching in.
