Chapter 5 Response

Personally, I don't agree with the findings of the research for myself, but I understand that other people can definitely feel anxious about research projects. Personally, I really enjoy researching things. The most anxiety-inducing part of a research project is probably making sure to cite all my sources. I always panic about accidentally plagiarizing or incorrectly citing a source. To prevent information anxiety, I think it's important to focus on things that you enjoy researching or already know a lot about. This way the information-gathering process is more fun. And to make sure that you have all your sources, write them down on a piece of paper, or copy and paste the link into an online document.

I completely understand worrying about citing all of your sources. I feel the exact same way and I worry about plagiarizing as well! I like your take on trying to focus on enjoying the topic and information-gathering. I think it would make the process a lot more fun for people.

I also worry about my citations. I have more trouble making sure my resource paper is in the correct format, but I understand being worried about plagiarizing. Instead of writing sources down to remember, I usually copy and paste them on a Google doc.
