I believe having bias is bad, but I think it can be avoidable. I think to avoid bias we need to step away and clear our mind from what we believe. For example there are some people in this class that believe the bears are good, (Miles) and they'll fight to death for that belief, but if they just take a second and look at the team from an outside perspective they'll realize they're wrong and just simply being bias.
I totally agree! I think bias is somewhat bad because you are not seeing the outside perspective. Miles was a great example because he thinks the bears are good, when it can be statistically proven from their record the past several years that they are not.
