Bias is not always bad. In some circumstances it is good to show your bias or have some bias. In debates if you have no bias you lose some connection to the topic and your audience may question your qualifications for debating the subject. It is also good to show bias if you give a speech at a wedding or a funeral. You do not want to talk negatively or without emotion about the person. Bias is not unavoidable. You may always have a bias, but it can be hidden. If word choice is picked wisely it is possible to give a speech that is just information without any bias.
