Some ways that the delivery or body communication can contradict the message or spoken word of a speech by doing things like moving your body in weird ways. An example could be when you are standing, you are crossing your legs. This can really impact the speech by the audience being distracted by your bodily actions. When presenting a speech, try to keep your body in a nice posture.

I like your example of a speaker distracting their audience with body movements, and I also like some of the examples of those body movements
