I would definitely say my mom. If you have a question about anything English, or if I want someone to read one of my papers, I go straight to my mom. My mom has her English degree and has taught it for many years.
I would agree that your mom is a very reliable person with information. She does not just know her English though, she is credible in her faith help and advice as well.
