Shut Down Brains

Due to the rise of the computer and programmed intelligence we as a society have surpassed the need of our ancient tool, the brain. If we mandate that all memory, thought, and contemplation be done not through the un-regulated brain, but through the computers we would be able to maximize our profits. Not only would a vast majority of the public benefit from shutting down their brains, but as a result of the new found dependence on computers and applications. We could implement various levels of subscriptions allowing for more thought, memory, or even ad-free mode. This change would also improve inefficient allocation of resources by useless thought which many citizens fall victim to on the regular. Please take the many pros of this proposal into consideration prior to your approval.
