Looking at the graph of unemployment rates, it is revealed that the month and year of Luke Schwartz's birth had an unemployment rate of 5%. The probability of this being anything related to the birth of Luke Schwartz is very small, but it is not zero. However, I confidently say that the birth of Luke Schwartz is unrelated to the unemployment rate being at 5%.
