Sowell talks about how there really wasn’t a housing crisis everywhere ate the beginning, just in some areas and how people came up with tons of reasons why you couldn’t build on certain areas of land such as preservation laws. Then he states that the government tried to fix a problem that really want that big of a deal and in turn made it worse that it was originally because of too much intervention.
