I think that it is very discouraging and bleak to believe the notion that economic freedom is only good for the wealthy. One of the men in the video before the question was mentioned said that the most economically free countries experience the most economic growth and that it is significant growth. The idea that the poorest places would not benefit from more economic freedom is absurd and awful. It seems to me that if you understand any basic economic concepts you can see how economic freedom benefits anyone not just the wealthy. I like that one of the men with glasses pointed out that the government offers instant gratification and not more economic freedom. I think it is important to realize that the poorest people have a need for more economic freedom so that they can be better off.
