This seems to be a false understanding of what economic freedom seems to be. Economic freedom allows people who have been born into poverty to pick themselves up and make something of themselves. Creating different entrepreneurships is easy within a free economy, something that is lacking within a rigid one. Within central planning, the government chooses what they seem fit for everyone, meaning one group of people will benefit more than another.
