In short, the people who campaign for it are those largely benefiting from it (or claim to represent those that benefit from it). These individuals find themselves having healthcare that they otherwise would not have had. Those that campaign against it are those that are hurt from it (or represent those that are hurt from it). These individuals find themselves paying higher rates for health care due to the ACA (Affordable Care Act, AKA Obamacare) due to the increase in demand from the subsidy that the ACA is.
