why were gas prices much lower not so long ago and now they're back up to 3.29 a gallon? who decides what the prices are at different gas stations and when they will be lower and so many other things?
when I was getting gas yesterday I literally just did not understand how any of it works and I don't get why prices are so high if people are going to be buying less of it...
