internal noise affects me the most, especially when I'm hungry. A strategy I use when focusing on a presentation is looking at the speaker and blinking so that I don't stare at them and daze off into a train of thoughts.

This uses some good strategy, keeping my eyes on the speaker also helps me focus as well.

I am the same way with internal noise. Especially when my thoughts run wild. I'll try this strategy next time!
