Feelings vs logic. I believe that having a good, healthy balance between the two is what is going to help the speaker be more interesting to the audience, it will help grab their attention if you give them a little bit of your side as well as the 'factual' side. Although, I do tend to lean a little bit towards the feeling side of the argument. Feelings are incredibly important to be able to relate to the audience. By being transparent with your audience it allows them to let their guard down a little to trust in your words. On another note, psychological audience analysis is crucial to the speaker for audience understanding. This way, the speaker is able to interpret how the audience feels and their emotions, so they can cater to their thoughts.
