I would completely agree with the findings of the research in regard to students feeling anxiety due to information overload. I feel that when I start a new research project, I immediately feel a burden while finding my topic and information about the topic. Something that can prevent or manage the information anxiety is to use databases and libraries to find narrowed information about a topic. While scanning through these resources, it can be made easier to narrow down a broad topic as well as find key information that is easy to use in the paper. I would also suggest to write ideas down and brainstorm to try to define how a broad topic can be narrowed down into something that can be more easily researched. While brainstorming, common knowledge can start to develop. When finding a topic, try to first identify the things you already know, and then research more complex details.

I agree with you Avery. Using the tools that we have is definitely a huge advantage that I wish was taught sooner in school. Brainstorming ideas is also a super good tool and idea that can be used to narrow and find a topic for research. Great work!
