I don't think bias is necessarily bad, it definitely will stir some questions and opinions in the crowd, but bias is based off your own opinion and facts. I think its beneficial using it because it opens up to more opinions and different points of views. But the bad thing about it is if its unreasonable; that's when it starts getting questionable. When it starts getting very controversial and borderline offensive is when it gets bad. For example, it can be as simple as voting for someone popular for hoco court; everyone is always going to choose the popular person over the quiet person, that's just how it is. More serious examples are in law, healthcare, public perception, and workplace. We are all bias at one point or another, but we just need to understand the line between exceptional and unreasonable.
