In the past couple years I have attended many events or celebrations where I have observed a celebratory speech. One that sticks out among the rest though, was my cousin's wedding. Following the actual wedding ceremony, the guests were all invited to dine with each other and have a time of community with those around them. At this "after party", the best man gave a speech regarding the groom. It was very well done and very engaging. It was expected of him to make it serious, but also make it funny and to give the audience a good laugh. The best man delivered the speech very well and presented it in a way that was meaningful to both the bride and groom, but also gave those listening a good chuckle.
This is such a great example, weddings are a big deal in people's lives.
