Chapter 13 Response

I have seen celebratory speeches done for graduation. I have been to a few of Blackhawks graduation programs and it is full of congratulations and hope for the future. I think in those speeches you would expect some good wisdom and guidance for what the future will hold. I also think it celebrates the importance and significance of making it through high school and reaching graduation. Celebratory speeches at graduation can be done my students, administration, and maybe even parents some times.  Graduation is a good time to celebrate!
