It's interesting how increasing the minimum wage would supposedly increase family incomes and single people's livelihoods, but in the end, it only decreases the minimum wage and businesses' availability. 30/hr for minimum wage is ridiculous. The starting minimum was 16.5/hr, so the number of people getting a pay cut, or only getting 30/hr instead of higher, will increase. It's funny how humans never seem to learn from their past. Another leader comes by says the same agenda with different words and history repeats itself.

I would agree that paying 30 dollars an hour is ridiculous. It would be unjust to pay that much to a person who is only a cashier, for example, because then the owner would have to raise his grocery prices to be able to pay his employees.
