AMA has limited the quantity of doctors. Perhaps this is nefarious. The price of medical care increased immensely. The AMA has more control over the ideals and thought process that doctors are trained to go through with their "higher standards." Regardless of intentions the scarcity of doctors causes many to be unable to afford health care that they desire. This in itself is a horrible thing.

Did you read the prompt, my mom is not evil. The doctors are not to blame for the shortage and regulations on healthcare they are just the workers. The government and ones over healthcare are the ones who make those regulations. This is not to be mean but is active criticism.

(He might change the prompt so don't judge my response)

Wow, this really touches on everything that was mentioned in the video! Sometimes 'low standards' can be disguised as 'high'.

It is good to point out that while we may have better doctors, we also have less doctors. That makes getting good healthcare difficult for many people.

I like how you touched on the intentions of the AMA. I feel like a broken record repeating "intentions mean nothing if the result is bad". Since learning that, I can't stop seeing how much it applies to almost everything. Let's say that the AMA did have the best intentions and were not seeking to satisfy their greed by limiting the market and putting an astronomically high price on medical help to the point that even some refuse to get help because of the financial burden. Let's say they intended for better medical help, the end result proved to be more harmful. So, I agree, the intentions, even if good or bad, have limited the amount of doctors available and have led to a corrupt medical field in search of a profit rather than the care of patients.
I could go on about my suspicions of doctors and medical facilities in general, but I have no time, nor is that what the prompt is over.

The idea of doctors being "controlled" in their studies and "standards" is more or less a form of their own enslavement. If something comes down to standards, the doctors would be forced to follow such regulations.

While this could be an evil scheme to make us pay more money, do you want to pay 10 bucks to get even more sick? This is an extreme example, there are perks and downsides of the AMA. There should be someone that makes requirements to become a doctor, however, who decides these requirements is the issue.
