In 2020, the unemployment rates for both adult men and women were averaged to around 13 percent, where a normal and efficient unemployment rate is around 4-5 percent. For teenagers ages 16-19, the unemployment rate was averaged to 33 percent, which is almost 7 times the natural unemployment rate.
