    Presentation of Your Values & Priorities Assignment

    Your task is to create a slide show with at least 5 slides describing, in short, what you learned about your self through this week: 

    Slide 1: Introduce yourself briefly: tell me a bit about your family, what you do in your spare time, what your interests are, and anything else you would like us to know about you:)

    Slide 2: Describe the activities you do that you WANT to do, those that bring you energy and joy (or at least a sense of gladness or positivity)

    Slide 3: Describe the activities that you do that you sometimes WISH you could cut, but you NEED to do them (those that drain you)

    Slide 4: Share any activities that you would like to do more of and those you would like to do less of, based on your "energizing" and "draining" assessment

    Slide 5: Share your top 5 values based on the values assessment and whether or not your activities reflect your values. If they do not, share what you wish you could change so that your activities reflect your values more closely. 

    Please include at least ONE picture per slide:)
