Chapter 3 Response

I think that it is definitely good to have both, but I also think it depends on the topic. When I am listening to a speech based on religion for example, I think it is more helpful to base more of the speech in facts and less emotion. Some topics of conversation require a more considerate speaker than a speaker that would rile the audience up with their own opinion. I definitely think it is hard to balance emotion and logic well, so the best way to combat that is to practice.
