I was thinking about my past research papers, and they all had something to do with psychology. I am really passionate and curious about psychology so that's really how I landed on the topic I did. I usually have a really difficult time trying to find a topic, so what I usually do is look up topics for whatever kind of speech we were doing, and I would usually go off of those ideas. Sometimes, those ideas that I looked up would spark other ideas.
I also sometimes look up ideas to help me find a topic, and I also find that it is helpful. It can be hard sometimes to think of a topic by yourself without any previous ideas.
I agree with your response. I love how you mentioned being passionate about the topic you chose. I think that is very important when it comes to making a good speech.
