  1. I was already doing homework from other classes, and it hit me, "Why do we have homework if it doesn't always benefit us?" I already have been wrestling with these thoughts before and I am after all interested in school. I even have had so many days, including Halloween, where I couldn't participate in anything I wanted besides homework, because I had too much homework in too many classes. The worst part; it happens to me often, and my Tourette's Syndrome most certainly does not help when I am already stressed to the nines from homework.
  2. I will most likely think back through my life, and wonder what matters a lot to me, and why? What encourages me to desire such things, and how can I show others that, too? In addition, what is something the audience, or lab, are interested in? How can I shine this importance, yet glorify God in the same speech?

I agree Jo, doing homework always makes me think, "Why?" I liked your speech, it was very relatable and I can see from how you select speech topics why!

Homework was definitely a good topic to pick because everyone in the room can relate to your topic and you had their attention.

I definitely agreed with your homework opinion speech because I feel like it is something that we can all agree with. I also liked the questions you think about when picking a topic. I feel like they are all really relevant and important to remember.
